Hello, I’m Debra, and I’m delighted to have you here on our website. As a Life Challenges Coach and healthcare professional, your visit means a lot. Let me begin by saying, I’ve been where many of you might be right now – facing pressure from demands, navigating uncertainties, feeling hesitant to act on important issues, dealing with the impact everyday stress can have on your health, and lacking the necessary answers or support to do something about it.

I recall a moment when I thought, “Life shouldn’t feel this difficult; there has to be a better way.” Yet, I felt unsure of where to even start looking. So, I began by acknowledging that I needed time to reconnect with myself daily – to reflect on what was happening in my life and consider ways to improve it. When I got home, my children came to understand that I needed the first 30 minutes alone to transition from working to being their mom.

This daily “me time” allowed me to de-stress, giving me the energy and motivation to meet my other obligations. Inspired by this experience, I offer coaching for individuals aged 25 to 40 who recognize that life can be tough and acknowledge they may need help making it work for them. As a mother of a son and two daughters in this age group, I’ve seen firsthand how some of the stresses of everyday life have negatively affected their health. My motivation for group coaching originates from a strong desire to unite and empower a diverse range of individuals, helping them swiftly transform their current circumstances and adopt a lifestyle that prioritizes good health.

My purpose is to guide you in understanding your existing situation and provide the essential wellness tools to equip you with effective strategies for alleviating stress in your daily life. Embracing your best life entails making choices, facing challenges, and adapting to change. Progressing through difficult situations and growing as a result requires effort on our part. My responsibility is to help you in exploring and implementing beneficial ways to navigate this journey.

Drawing from substantial experience, particularly in mental health, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and leadership, and having tested various approaches in challenging situations over many years, I’m equipped to empower you with effective tools to help you gain clarity, and build the life you want.
