Struggling to carve out time for daily exercise, healthy eating, or personal moments? You’re in good company! Many of us lead busy lives, and prioritizing self-care isn’t always easy.
One valuable habit I’ve adopted and recommend to others is scheduling time for yourself on your calendar, planner, or to-do list—just as you would for appointments, meetings, and commitments to others.
Jot down specific times for your workouts, meal preparation, and bedtime. Afterward, commit to keeping these appointments with yourself, whether it’s exercising at the park, cooking in the kitchen, or winding down for bed, just as you would for anyone else.
